Evelyn draws on her personal experiences and professional expertise to help clients not only heal but thrive — moving from victimhood toward resilience and empowerment.

Her integrative, client-centered therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and strength-based methods. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and is committed to walking alongside her clients as they pursue healing, growth, and transformation.
